CANCELLATION POLICY
Sponsorships are not refundable.
To cancel an exhibit booth, the request must be received in writing before March 1, 2019; an administration fee of $500 will be charged on all refunds. If the Exhibitor cancels after February 28, 2019, the exhibitor will be liable for 100% of the total contracted space costs. By cancelling this contract the Exhibitor forfeits all rights or claims to the allocated space and the Organizing Committee is free to rent it to others and collect the cancellation charge as damages.
