Terms & Conditions of Registration<\/h5>\n

Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

All participants must register through the online registration form. Reservations for workshops and roundtables may be cancelled if full payment is not received in a timely manner, and the space will be released for sale to other delegates. Payment via the online payment system is strongly recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cancellations:<\/p>\n

Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Conference Secretariat (info@cscc.ca<\/a>) on or before May 15, 2022 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Up to and including May 15, 2022: Registration fee will be refunded less $100 administration fee.<\/p>\n

\u2022 After May 15, 2022: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Special Access and Food Requirements:<\/p>\n

Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate\u2019s responsibility. Special dietary requests, if available, will only be accommodated through advance registration.<\/p>\n

Member Rates:<\/p>\n

The discounted Member Registration Fees apply to current members of CSCC. All other delegates should register in the non-member category.<\/p>\n
