Edward Randell

Edward Randell is Division Head of Clinical Biochemistry at Eastern Health Authority in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador (NL). There he is also Professor of Laboratory Medicine with Memorial University; and Director of Clinical Laboratory Services with the Government of NL. He has been a member of the IFCC Committee on Clinical Laboratory Management (C-CLM) since 2016. His career as a clinical biochemist and university professor extends over twenty years, and he has published over 100 articles in international peer-reviewed journals. Much of his professional and academic activities involve researching, leading and supporting utilization management, and Six Sigma process improvement activities.
