Jennifer Taher

Jennifer Taher is a second-year clinical biochemistry fellow at the University of Toronto (UofT). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology and a Ph.D. in Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at UofT, with a focus on diabetes and lipid research. Jennifer has a particular interest in test utilization initiatives and big data analytics. She is currently working on a reflexive testing algorithm at St. Michael’s Hospital and an audit and feedback initiative at St. Joseph’s Health Center to promote appropriate laboratory test utilization.
